How to Order

Ordering from MF Communications is very simple.

Once we receive your enquiry, we will provide you with an official quotation, detailing the part number, quantity, condition, price and delivery time.

Delivery: We can arrange delivery for you through DHL, with whom we have very competitive rates. You are of course welcome to use your own courier too.

When all the conditions of the quote are clarified, we can send a proforma detailing what you are ordering, the total cost and payment terms, including all our bank details.

Once we have received payment, we can start the order process and will keep you updated with an estimated completion time.

When the order is complete, we will contact you to confirm any special paperwork requirements and finalise all other details.

As soon as the order is complete, we will send you tracking details so you are kept up to speed with when you will receive your order.

Once you have received the order, one of our representatives will be in touch to quality control check the delivery with you.

You have a dedicated account manager who is always on hand to answer any questions and deal with any queries and they will be on hand to help throughout the order process and beyond.
