The Brief

The Arndale Centre had a Meridian Norstar compact 616, they were experiencing intermittent crackling and loss of lines, thus affecting business as callers could not hear or get through.

Our Solution

One of our engineers went to site and diagnosed an  irreparable fault with the system. We supplied and installed a new Hipath 3000.  The telephone system was designed so it was easy to see which calls were for the security office.  We also set up a customer hotline so customers could speak to the centre management from a telephone in the shopping centre.
