The Brief

SPF required an on-going partnership for telecommunication support and help with a move to a new location, involving transfer of over 125 users and 150 existing phone numbers. 

Our Solution

MF Telecom Services’ engineering team managed the new telephone system installation, including set-up and programming. The new system is fully hosted which means it is constantly monitored off-site. A 3-year on-going support contract has also been introduced. 

The new system has enabled SPF Private Clients to maintain efficient business operations and continuous contact with clients following their move. With the MF team handling the whole process, this took away the stress from SPF and gave them time to concentrate on other aspects of the business.

MF Telecom Services continues to manage the fully hosted system and provides telephone system maintenance support.
