The Cisco CP6921 IP Phone (CP-6921) is a unified communications solution to support collaboration throughout a business. This approach allows for adaptability which helps increase productivity, reduce costs and improve competitive advantage. 

This innovative business phone offers business-grade voice communications to work across any workspace, securely. The phone has a 10/100BASE-T Ethernet connection through two RJ-45 ports and network features include Cisco Discovery Protocol and IEEE 802.1 p/q tagging and switching.

The Cisco CP6921 IP Phone supports two lines and a full-duplex speakerphone, as well as multi-call per line. Other features include keys for hold, transfer, and conference, and a tri-colour LED line. The lighted menu key accesses voicemail, call logs, network settings, user preferences, corporate directories, and XML services.

This business phone has two colour and handset options, has multiple language options and a right-to-left language presentation option. The Cisco 6921 has energy-efficient initiatives such as a Deep-Sleep mode which consumes up to 50% less power versus being idle. It is also made from reground and recyclable plastics.

There is also the option to adopt the Cisco Unified Video Advantage 2.2 and the VTIII camera which supports video communications through your PC monitor and IP Phone 6921 endpoint.
