The Cisco CP6945 IP Phone (CP-6945-C-K9) is an enhanced model of the entry-level CP6941.

The Cisco CP6945 IP Phone is a four-line, full duplex Gigabit Ethernet enhanced business phone that supports wideband audio handset and headset communications with clear voice quality. Its eco-friendly credentials include it being the lowest power consumption IP phone as it supports Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) Class 1, a Deep-Sleep mode and it is made using reground and recyclable plastics.

The features include a lighted hold key, lighted message waiting indicator and menu keys for voicemail, call logs, network settings, user preferences, corporate directories, and XML services. The Cisco CP6945 business phone also supports multiple languages and several security features.

An RJ-9 interface gives headset support and network features include Cisco Discovery Protocol and IEEE 802.1 p/q tagging and switching.

  • Gigabit Ethernet switch
  • The phone has a 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet connection through two RJ-45 ports, one for the LAN connection and the other for connecting a downstream Ethernet device such as a PC.
  • Wideband audio
  • The phone supports wideband audio (G.722 codec and adherence to TIA 920)
  • Note: Wideband audio is supported in the handset and headset only, not in the speakerphone.
  • PoE Class 1
  • It supports IEEE 802.3af PoE (Class 1); power consumption does not exceed 3.84 watts.
  • Lighted Hold key
  • The key lights, when pressed, to put a call on hold, and stays lit until the held call resumes. The key flashes if one call is held while another is engaged. The key is dark when no calls are on hold.
  • Lighted Menu key
  • The key lights, when pressed, to access voicemail messages, call logs, network settings, user preferences, corporate directories, and XML services; it stays lit while menu items are active.
  • Lighted message waiting indicator (MWI)
  • The key lights when there is new voicemail, and the light is visible on both the phone chassis and the handset; it stays lit until you process your new voicemail.
  • Deep-Sleep option

UK Delivery

We aim for next day delivery. Any order placed before 1.00 pm on any business day (Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 5.30 pm (assuming the item is in stock).

Worldwide Delivery

We ship worldwide from our UK warehouse. All international shipment charges are quoted per parcel. If your order exceeds the standard parcel size further shipment charges will be due before the order can be shipped. We will contact you directly with any additional shipment charges are due.

  1. The Customer is required to inspect all goods upon receipt and to notify MF Communications Limited of any defects or complaints within 7 days of receiving goods.
  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of faulty or incorrect goods to MF Communications Limited.
  3. All goods returned must clearly state customers name, order no, telephone number, fault details and proof of purchasing. These goods must be in MF Communications Limited’s original packaging and condition, with original insertions, fixtures and parts. Failure to do so will result in the refund being invalidated.
  4. We use tamper proof labels which are stuck to each item sold by MF Communications Limited. This ensures that goods have been purchased from MF Communications Limited. When the label is peeled back MF Communications Limited Company details sticks to the glue and the label will then say void. No goods will be accepted back unless this label is intact.
  5. Restocking Fee 20% UK Only. Returned Goods MUST be in re-saleable condition or customer will be charged full invoice value.
